If you hit it hard enough you can get a displaced ulna nerve… where it is essentially inflamed and won’t fit into it’s little groove any longer. I had this happen… so for about 8 years my “funny bone” was super exposed. I would have it checked out… but you may be in that boat. Bummer.

So far, I’m pretty iPad-agnostic — mostly curious to see if it can burst out of it’s obvious niche applications and become a mass device like the iPod or iPhone.
However, The Onion’s article just before the big announcement day really struck a funny bone:

Kinda…it's nice to watch it whenever you want, but you still need an OLD STYLE VCR to make a Permanent record of the show. That's because the Hard Drive has limited space, you can't add a 2nd hard drive for expansion purposes, and you can't burn a DVD directly from it, as you STILL have to have a recorder attached.
And no HD recordings…So Tivo works to an extent, but not like 70% of the viewing public would like it to work….
