First of all you, I am pretty sure you would need a "TV Out" connection on your computer.

Anne Arundel County or Baltimore County are your best bet. I grew up in Anne Arundel and the county school district is the best in close proximity to the city.
Baltimore county wraps around the city and in the areas west and north of the city they have some great areas to live including Towson and Catonsville. Check out Ellicott City in Howard county for a great place to visit or live.

My Dish network will normally work when I press and hold the power button on the receiver for thirty seconds or until it turns off and back on. YOU MUST PUSH THE BUTTON ON THE RECEIVER, NOT THE REMOTE! That resets it, most of the time it works, if not the technical support is 1-800-333-3474.
ALSO TRY CHANGING THE CHANNEL ON THE TV TO CHANNEL 3 OR 4.

I guess this motor will operate the larger Ku band dishes. I have a DG-240 motor which works well with my 80cm dish. Getting a C band system and installing it will be new for me and I hope there is enough instructions with the kit to put it together.
